VS Code Setup

Use MCP Hubby with VS Code through Cline extension

Prerequisites

  • VS Code installed
  • Cline extension installed (search "Cline" in VS Code extensions)
  • MCP Hubby account with connected services

Step 1: Install Cline Extension

  1. Open VS Code
  2. Go to Extensions (Cmd+Shift+X / Ctrl+Shift+X)
  3. Search for "Cline"
  4. Click Install

Step 2: Get Your Configuration

  1. Visit your hub
  2. Click "Connect To AI" button
  3. Copy the MCP configuration

Step 3: Configure Cline

  1. Open Cline extension settings
  2. Navigate to MCP settings section
  3. Add your MCP Hubby configuration
  4. Save settings

Step 4: Reload VS Code

Reload VS Code window (Cmd+R / Ctrl+R) or restart VS Code completely.

Step 5: Test

Open Cline and try:
